Unfortunately not a great first time experience at all: - wrong type of products delivered e.g. Low fat instead of skim milk and tuna in water instead of oil. I had some communication with the person doing the actual shopping, however these items were not discussed. - The Zulzi app does not make provision for loading the Discovery Vitality Healthy Food Card, also excluded from my purchase after i made a note. I lose 25% cash back. - Very poor ETA management and no apology/update for delayed time

No communication, incorrect orders , not time efficient. Some of the shoppers are rude. There is nobody from the call center to assist you on a weekend. . This app and services are frustrating!

You pay for one thing they bring you a cheaper thing without asking you or refunding you the difference. I paid a considerable amount of money more for my groceries because of their unapproved substitutes. This service is ok for small deliveries less than 6 items, anything more than that they going to mess it up and you going to be the one that fits the bill. There is no way of contacting them after an order is closed which makes this even more frustrating.

I've ordered from this app several times and I've never received the correct order. I also did not receive a refund for missing items. Not a good app at all

Rubbish app. Lags and gets stuck... Slow and annoying and the service fees involved are day light robbery!

I try to place my first order yesterday but in the payment page no option for cash payment. Hence unable to comple the order. To my surprise they deliver te order which is good, but instead of 12 water bottle they deliver only 2 (order no 458722). The app doesn't have any option for complain or customer service. There should be something to fix this kind of issues..
