رادیو حقیقت در سال 2004 میلاد به کمک مالی و تخنیکی دفتر انترنیوز در ولایت سمنگان ایجاد گردید، انتریوز در دو دهه اخیر با رادیو حقیقت همکاری همه جانبه نموده و از این طریق برنامه و پروژه های مختلف را به نشر رسانیده است. با کمک مالی و تخنیکی انترنیوز رادیو حقیقت توانست به پای خود بلند شده و با نهادهای رسانه ای دیگر رابطه همکاری رسانه ای بر قرار کند.
رادیو حقیقت در ولایت سمنگان برنامه های محلی از قبیل برنامه های اجتماعی، فرهنگی، ادبی و سیاسی نیز به نشر می رساند که مورد استقبال اکثر مردم این ولایت قرار می گرفت. اداره رادیو حقیقت در پهلوی برنامه های رادویویی خدمات انترنت و ترمیم کمپیوتر را نیز برای همشهریان عزیز عرضه می کرد. مشتریان انترنت اکثرا جوانان تحصیل کرده، محصلین و متعلمین بودند برای دریافت کتاب های الکترونیکی مراجعه می کردند.
Radio Haqiqat was established in 2004 with the financial and technical support of Internews office in Samangan province. Internews has been cooperating with Radio Haqiqat for the last two decades, through which it has published various programs and projects. With the financial and technical assistance of Internews, Radio Haqiqat was able to stand on its own two feet and establish media cooperation relations with other media institutions.
Radio Haqiqat in Samangan also broadcasts local programs such as social, cultural, literary and political programs, which were welcomed by the majority of the people of this province. In addition to radio programs, Radio Haqiqat also provided internet services and computer repair services to its dear citizens. Internet customers were mostly educated young people, students and educated people who came to receive e-books.
