I booked a ticket using this app from Trivandrum to Muscat on 25/04/2020.my ticket is cancelled due to covid 19 .i cancelled my journey.idid not get refund still this date .l lost money 11,604.64rs

Most useless app.... Literally does nothing at all... Poor design and development.... Takes u to d same page again n again.... Only u realise u have wasted alot of time behind this app.... Web checkin was such a big hassle... Managing booking just seems impossible.... N customer care helpline number would just not recieve ur call.... Deserves negative stars !!!
