The CCMC Field Officer
App is an easy and multilingual app with intuitive iconography for the ease of use of the field officers. This app is designed to make the Field Officer's job more efficient. Field officers of the following departments can use this app
a) Water Resources Department
b) Streetlights Department
c) Sanitation Department
d) Drainage Department
e) Roads Department
f) Waste Management Department
g) Any other department under the purview of CCMC
After registering a grievance, field officer will
- Get a notification on the App and SMS alert
- Reach citizen's place through map navigation
- Start and Stop jobs through the app
- Collect feedback from the citizens
