Updates for Android Oreo and Pie:
NOTE: To stop an alarm press the "reset" on the notification (drag downwards on notification to see the option) or press "reset" in the app.

Time remaining or elapsed now shown on notification
Fix for custom ringtones not sounding, re-choose your alarm ringtone and give permission to read external storage.
Adjust alarm duration in the settings > Timer > Alarm Duration

Very good Timer, but no versatility. No time stamp at each LAP/STOP. No memory to retain last 5 or 10 time readings for each timer running. No color option for each separate timer. (Very difficult to quickly find the correct timer if you have several running.) Lastly. Very very easy to Delete a timer by sliding it off the side. Often by mistake and NO recovery available. You're out of luck if you had important time data.

This was a 5-star app until the pop-ups started every time I use the app-- pop ups ask my permission to get notifications, which I already set as "no notifications" . There is no way to turn them off.

Free one looks and feels better. Just wanted no ads. Should be able to keep the same ui.
