• How to start a Warranty?
Click on the 'Scan QR' button on the Home screen and scan the Qr code given on your LightUp LED bulb.
After successfully scanning the bulb click on the 'Start" button and confirm your action by clicking the 'Yes' button on
dialog. Congratulations! You are all done. 1-Year digital
warranty is started against your LED bulb.
• How to claim a Warranty?
Click on the 'Scan QR' button on the Home screen and scan the Qr code given on your LightUp LED bulb.
After scanning the bulb successfully click on the 'Claim'
button then an Authentication dialog will appear.
• Go to any registered LightUp shop near you and ask the shopkeeper to check and claim your faulty bulb. (Make sure faulty bulb clear the Terms & Conditions)
• Shopkeeper will put a 5-digit secret code and give you a new bulb. Scan your new bulb to claim a warranty. Congratulations! You successfully claim your first warranty
