Volume control for Android 3.1
This app allow you to set individual volume levels for Notifications and Ringer tones which Android merged into one control from 3.1 on wards.
Permission to read phone state is required because the app works by detecting when a call is incoming then sets the volume to the custom setting and reverts the volume back when the call is finished.
