Doesn't give you notifications, which defeats the whole purpose of having it. I want a refund

Recordings won't play (a blue circle just spins) and notifications aren't being sent which voids the purpose of the entire device. Highly disappointed!!

Cannot receive any notification. Cannot play all recorded videos.
