Speed meter app will let you inform or alert when you reach to alert speed which you set for your self. App setting is very simple, just open app, set Alert speed and Top speed value.
Alert speed
will alert you when you are exceeding speed value. Top value is the highest speed value which should not exceed, and once you reach to that speed your phone will automatically be control.

digital speed meter
function.
Show all type of speed icon with which your are travelling or moving, like:
car speed, bicycle speed, walking speed
etc.
It will alert your and inform you, to wear seat belt when you start travelling with car speed value.
What is Alert Speed?
Alert speed is the speed limit value which show you that you are exceeding your speed limit.
What is Top Speed?
Top speed value is the highest speed value which you set for your self which show your highest possible speed value, and your vehicle should not exceed this value.
