TamTam Geo is a mobile's supporting geopositioning feature of TamTam, time and attendance management tool for costs and timing control in the so called "Facility Services".
TamTam Geo allows employees to record the start and end of their work, using automatic geolocation of the workplace where they are located.
"TamTam. Time and Attendance Management" ® is a software provided by the company Peixe Software SL, and it's designed to present transparent information to end customers and service providers. This information includes absenteeism metrics, punctuality, perceived quality, and time and costs of every intervention.
TamTam strengthens and makes easier to maintain a high standard of quality for service providers, this information is readily available in employees' activities and their end customers' opinion.
TamTam provides independent metrics and KPI's for the purchase departments, enabling the establishment of contracts under SLA (service levels agreement), and allowing the implementation of continuous improvement processes.
