Zingo Shopping allows the users to either buy or load their products for sale on the sister app Zingo Seller. We only approve products for online sale by authenticated Sellers. Payments are digitally made using multiple methods.
We endevour at all times to secure our platform from hackers and cheats. We build confidence in the buyers and vendors by continuously engaging them using our own in-house communication portal and social media. We deliver purchased goods within 3 hours if purchased in Nairobi and 2 days if the buyer is outside Nairobi. We deliver to oversees clients within five days. Good sold on the Zingo Shopping app belongs to independent vendors whom we verify and certify for authenticity and integrity. We only approve goods for display on our app after thorough verification of the authentic existence of the vendors and their products. Return and replacement policy is provided by the vendor and payments are only released by us after the goods have been delivered.
