Cannot remove items once you have put them in your basket. Discounts dont work neither does the royalty scheme and I have hundreds of points to use and no reply on email, Instagram or any other form of contact when I have asked about this. Incompetent.

We had a few good experiences at first but in the past few weeks the quality of services has declined. 45 to 50 minute wait, we've had to phone the venue to chase orders, the App notifications are switched to ON but we no longer receive them, except once when we received the notification after the food arrived. Tonight's reason from a new venue we are trying is that they are waiting on a driver to arrive. The venue is not busy! Nearly an hour, hardly Zippy! No doubt our food will be cold too

Appalling interface. After waiting for several minutes while the app looked for open businesses near me I was able to type in the name of the business that I wanted. When I tried to order 2 of the same items I somehow managed to order 4 and could not change it. Having restarted the app I got to the payment page where I was in a loop being asked to enter my card details. I restarted the app, again I got stuck at the card entry page and gave up. And dleated the app. And complained to the busi
