As the owner of a 4 unit property, I find that balancing the book at the end of the year with all the unforeseen expenses, such as vacant apartments, repairs, general maintenance, etc. becomes a bit of a headache when trying to accurately file my taxes. this app has helped me sort everything out and balance to the penny; sorting out every unit, allowing me to store lease documents, receipts, keeping track of tenants payments and much more. Homesapp did a great job with this platform.
