مقاصد الشريعة الاسلامية - الكليات الخمس- ‎

المقاصد في اللغة: جمع مقصد، مشتق من الفعل قصد يقصد قصداً، والقصد لهُ عدة معانِ منها استقامة الطريق، والأعتماد.
علم مقاصد الشريعة له تعلق بعلم أصول الفقه ، وبعلم قواعد الفقه ، فهو جزء منهما .
يراد بمقاصد الشريعة: الحِكَم التي مِنْ أجل تحقيقها ولإبرازها في الوجود خَلَقَ اللّٰه تعالى الخَلْق، وبعث الرسل، وأنزل الشرائع وكلّف العُقلاء بالعمل أو التَرْك، كما يُراد بها : مصالحُ المكلّفين العاجلة والآجلة الّتي شُرعت الأحكام مِن أجلِ تحقيقها.

Purposes in the language: plural intent, derived from the verb intentionally intended, and intended to have several meanings including straightening of the road and dependence.
His knowledge of the purposes of Sharia law has to do with the science of jurisprudence, and with knowledge of the rules of jurisprudence, as it is part of them.
What is meant by the purposes of the Sharia: the rule that in order to achieve it and to highlight it in existence, God Almighty created the creation, sent the messengers, sent the laws and assigned the wise to work or leave, as it is meant by it: the interests of the urgent and postponed whose provisions were legislated in order to achieve them.
