1. ALWAYS crashing...... 2. On top of that the couriers are either wanna contact outside the app or accepting the order then call you to say they gonna be a little late.... 3. The customer care is whole other story which has nothing to do with Caring for the customer, they don't even bother reply with acknowledgment of your feedback nevertheless dealing with it..

Drivers are not accepting wallet balance payment although it is mentioned in the payment options while ordering when you complete your order and before the driver accepting the service

ولو فيه أقل من نجمة لن اتردد.. خدمة سيئة ودعم فني سيء.. لا انصح فيه
