The app is interactive: Customers and employees can use the chat functionality and social walls to collaborate with each other and learn more about the company. They can ask questions, share experiences and posts pictures.

To use the internal content and functionalities of Smart Connect, you need to have individual credentials for the login. Each employee receives these individually.
