The QR code can be scanned by first responders to view your online profile.
Store info about emergency contacts, vitals, allergies, medications, blood type, organ donor, and more. The custom QR code can be overlaid over any photo of your choice and set as the wallpaper on your iPhone's lock screen.
The app also syncs with your MyID bracelet, sticker, or other MyID products to provide emergency info when you don't have your phone with you.

Data entry is a pain. Sometimes need to enter same information several times. Says it 'saved' but not really.

I love how I can have all my medical information in one place and how easy it is to update it anytime and anywhere. First Responders are impressed by how organized, thorough it is and how easy my emergency contacts can be contacted by one push of a button on the profile. I also love how I can share my profile with doctors, counselors, etc. when medical information is updated instead of writing it on a piece of paper.

I can't write my important medical issues in a few lines on a tiny ID. This profile gives me ample room and I can put everything I need here and edit as needed.

I wish the app would organize my medications and doctors alphabetically. It is all very random if someone is looking for information.
