It is never too late to learn and memorize the Quran. Of course, in childhood, the mind is more prepared to learn information. And it should be considered the best time to memorize the Qurn.
Important points in memorizing Quran learning for the child:
1- Start learning from childhood and when the child becomes fluent in speaking.
2- At the beginning of memorization, use small chapters in part 30.
3- The teaching time of the verse should be 15-20 minutes.
4- The best time to teach is when the child is interested in this work. So consider the time and do not force the child to learn.
5- It is enough to memorize a few short verses every day.
6- Try not to use the same surahs at the beginning of memorizing and learning, because it causes the same verses to be mixed in the child's mind.
7- While teaching the Quran, play with your child and make his learning and memorization enjoyable so that his mental fatigue will be relieved.
8- Start reciting the same surah that you are teaching your child and ask him to listen to it, and while reading it intentionally, imagine that you have forgotten some words and verses, then you will ask him to tell you the part you have forgotten.
9- When you are not sure that your child has memorized a surah, do not teach him another surah. Wait at least 2-3 days and after making sure that one surah is memorized, go to another surah.
10- Patience and effort are required for this training, please be patient in this way.
