I scrolled through Google plays extensive list of city builders and every one of them is pay to win. This is the only game I found to not be that way. Its simple and easy to understand but what it lacks is goals. Its simply a game to watch the numbers for resources rise and spend them on upgrades. There are 5 buildings and upgrading them doesn't change how they look, just gives a boost. Its simple but I found myself getting uninterested after I got the basics down. Great potential!!
