Got repetitive fast, which is not to say it's lacking nuance - so I respect it more than I enjoy it. Chess-like roguelikes may not be my jam...

As the actions if the ennemies feel random, the game is more tactical than strategical. On the gfx side, more contrast between background and units would improve the legibility of the board. (BTW, thanks for the fix)

Simple, but very challenging with variety. The ranking system means you never stagnate or get complacent. My only gripe is sometimes I have to experiment to remember the exact behaviors of units, the help/tutorials are brief at best
