Description of ACSv2 - Attendance Capture Software

The Attendance Capture Software (ACS) is an automation of the attendance gathering and saving for activities management. The ACS can only be utilized using the data from the One Global Database (OGD) of Couples for Christ and its Family Ministries. The member list downloading and activity attendance submission requires the system to be connected to OGD via the internet. The activities management and attendance capture can work even the system is not connected to the internet.
This mobile version includes three main features for better experience:
1. RFID tag scanning (NFC)
2. QR code scanning (Camera)
3. Member search

  Are all family ministries OGD integrated with CFC? In view of this can it be possile to have a common password to use only for updating members on Attendance Capture as well as Uploading the attendance to the system after the event? As a matter of fact I believe that one laptop or cellphone could be in used to capture the attendance after downloading or updating members list by respective OGD encoder in one gadget it will capture the attendance especially if it's a mix assembly {Couples with FM] but uploading should be done the same way in which is difficult as if encoders doesn't live near to each other and can not do the upload right after the event as there's NO internet connection in the venue that could access. Is there any appropriate solution to this? Thanks & God bless.
