  Hi, am a pro user of this app for many years, I did an update and from there I never got to open the app again. I sent emails for them to help me fix the problem no response for so long went online for some tips, the only option was to delete it and re install it again.   We have have a photos that we want to keep, but don’t want to pull out at the dinner table. This is the answer. I only wish there was a better way to move photos from the phone to a hard drive. Currently you can either save a paste somewhere (a few file), or upload to camera roll (bull)

  Some of the features that you need to buy premium that just should be included with Lookout basic! Just in case I’m not saying premium should be free just their is only 2 things included with a Lookout basic account and the rest of the features are premium.
