  I had this device over a year and the only problem i have is when i do update s it doesnt save my screen shots and videos that o saved. This just happend to me. Other than that i love it my house eagle eye watching

  I experienced the same problem. I seen couple of videos on YouTube on how to reset my password for ANRAN wireless cameras. After doing that I was able to reset access it on my phone without any problem. I highly recommend that you get on YouTube and watch the video. You will have to reset it on the NVR. Leave username as admin and put random password(123456). Alternate click on mouse right and left button 6times. This will prompt you for reset password.

  It's now saying wrong user name or password after password change.. now wont connect!!! And can't get any help from developers
