  The app is ok. It looks outdated and some functions are hard too use. When you're chatting with an operator, the messages you send won't show up on the chat. The status in "my refund" function are never updated. If you close the chat accidentally, there's noway to go back to it. It needs a lot of improvements.

  The function "start a refund request" is not working in the App, it just says "try again later" (and it's been that way for months). Also, the Free Toll number isn't free, and if you finally reach someone at their costumer service they won't answer properly! It is very complicated to get a refund. They are not offering a good costumer service...

  Start a refund request option does NOT work. Just says "try again later". It has been this way for MONTHS now, and doesnt update. I have not received my refund, although its long past due date.

  Uselles. Simply ridiculous App. The worst travell insurance I've ever done. Te first and the lado experience. Te App is completely fake.

  Pésima atención, no me encuentra en el sistema siendo que tomé el seguro, no me derivó con un hospital por que era muy tarde. Aunque dice que el tiene apoyo 24 horas. Seguí todos los pasos estipulados en el contrato y aún así no logré saber a que hospital me debo dirigir.
