  All of a sudden, for about a month now, I no longer gets alerts when someone comes to the door because the camera will not record based on motion and heat. It will only record if I manually click the record button.

  New cam can't be added. No plus sign in the app. Needs fix now. Wakeup developer! Outside camera still extremely dark at night with useless and defective night vision for months with no fix yet. Motion notifications still not working for months. No one calls now when alarm is triggered. Att charging money for monitoring but it seems no one monitorin Extremely poor service and app.

  This app needs a major overhaul and the cameras need upgrading. The app frequently crashes, the camera double records the same object/footage and the app constantly has error messages. I've contacted Tech Support on a few occasions and the same technician attempts to resolve the camera issues but the problems still remain. The last resort was upgrading my wifi which I have, but same issues exist. Please update this app and upgrade the cameras.

  I can't stand this service. To come out and check they charge you a fortune and the online help sucks. I am getting rid of this service. AT&T really gas gone down the drain with decent product service. Don't get the service or install the app because the service sucks. The app is awful as well. You can't easily disable sensors. AWFUL!!!! Use another security service that cares about it's consumers. The people that work for AT&T don't have much to work with.

  The app crashes after uprising it within an hour. Sometines freezes and I have to restart the phone. Other times it does not log in especialky in wifi. Several times I disable the akarm but it does not work immediately.
