  This app is a scam, a well mechanised scam. Nobody responds to your texts, even if they respond they will forget what were you talking earlier. They are playing with emotions of people who are looking for help and maybe some of them are desperately downloaded this app. This is inhuman behaviour, they won't even consider the request of changing the psychologist. We get it that they are charging very less fee but if you are promising for quick response then adhere to your promises. Scam Scam Scam.
