  After one month, upgrade to Android 11 boom the software crashes constantly. I need my tool!!?!! I call tech support. We are aware the programmers are working on an update..... But I need my tool Now!?!? Sorry sir, wait for un update.... You better f#_@_#- find my contact info and reimburse me. Pay money, brand new tool, you need it.. it doesn't work. Pffff

  OnePlus issues. I have the 8 Pro and this app will not open. Worked fine on my Note 20 Ultra.

  Doesn't let me open it, was working fine before, after the update it opens and crash right away. And in the case that I'm paying for something that I can't use it's very frustrating.
