I cannot use the note option, it freezes when I open it on a blank white page with no way of going back without shutting the app down.

I came to BPH after my former app ceased. I love having my [complicated] medical history available when needed! In fact, it became necessary after I had my lower jaw all but severed by a dog bite! We were in Podunk & outside my med coverage area - the information provided to the entire team working on me led to an infusion my blood required & work that led to an incredible recovery. If not for the info, I could have easily bled out b/c I do not clot. It also has made things easy w/new doctors.

Very useful and will be a great tool! The only criticism I have, and why the 4 stars, is based upon the share cards. I have just started utilizing this app, and I will definitely keep doing so. However- on each condition, it gives you the option to input notes, dates, photos etc. I had done that when testing this app out, and it is stored within that condition (on the app). The downfall lies in the fact that when you use a share card, which I will definitely need to utilize... all of the notes and photos are randomly acquired at the bottom of the pdf. They are not listed under the condition- I had a random note that was under one condition indicated I did not know when this symptom began progressing- if you use the app, and choose the condition, you'll see that note in the app under appropriate condition and it would make sense. However, the pdf doesn't indicate what conditions/symptoms etc. that it corresponds to, so health providers will have zero idea what one (out of so many unfortunately lol) I am talking about or referring to :/ and photos are also the same way- those I guess you can rename every one, but it would be nice if a med professional who isn't interested in every condition or photo we uploaded could see what photos we uploaded for that specific condition- instead of having to sort through at bottom where they're all just piled together- we all know most doctors won't take the time to sort and find photos that may be of a great importance to what they're trying to treat ha. I really love the app other than those two specific things- and I hope adjustments can be made in the future, as it will Truly help!! :)
