Truely awful app. I need to use to get feed back on parent. I'm in usa. They require you to receive a sms to send an activation code. They cannot sent to USA. And that is it. Talked to support team for over 16 hours and no alternative. No email option, cannot send in chat, cannot send to me via care home, etc. Suggested asking care home to expect report from their app and email. Like that is ever going to work. So app sucks, support sucks. Care homes, avoid this app. Thanks for your reply, I do appreciate it. But asking agency to run a daily report and email it to me really defeats the purpose of this app to a client. If that was so great you would not have the app. Two comments, if you don't support countries, don't list them in your app. Use email as a secondary option. Or have some way to allow support to manually add a user, Basically, your work around involves everyone with extra work, because of a failing in your sign in procedure. So, sorry, despite the thanks for your feedback, the app still does not work for me - so still one star.
