  The app and the SaaS are fair. As a lot of people pointed out, the UI is not very good. Nor, is it intuitive. The "hard coding" that I hear every time I want to know something is a fairly big cop out as far as I am concerned. Their integrations, really aren't integrations. To me, an integration is a full push pull relationship with whatever you are integrating with. We use Clear Estimates, as according to BT it is integrated. Their definition is that you export into excel, then import it into BT. Zaipier? Nope. They have no interest in it. I am told that their SaaS is to proprietary and they don't want to "risk" opening up their system. I do however like the owner portal. That is pretty nifty. For the price being paid, they should include true estimating capability. Unit cost for damn near everything, like many other SaaS do. Well, either that, or go the straight CRM route. Of course they would have to open up API's for that to happen

  It's an easy app to clock in to for work. Only down side I see so far is you have to clock out just to clock into a different job, should be easier to transfer into a different job without clocking out.
