  This was the support ticket that I logged on 21th Sep. "We've logged your request (14908) and we'll get back to you within 72hrs on working days. Please note our support desk is not open on the weekends." Given that they have never email reply at all. And they replied in the app feedback that they have no support request at the moment, I guess their support system is broken. So it's in your best interest to avoid the app if possible, unless you also got spammed by them.

  Pathetic app when you sign up it doesn't sign up but when you try to log in it says user blocked or disabled. Don't waste your time on it
