Auch E-Mails werden synchronisiert, mobil versandte Mails werden zudem als neue Aktivität in der CRM-Kundenakte gespeichert. Sie können mit der App den gesamten myCRM-Bereich nutzen und vordefinierte Auswertungen und Kennzahlen stets top-aktuell abrufen.
Mit Sicherheit optimal organisiert
Um optimale Datensicherheit zu gewährleisten und die sensiblen Informationen im CRM vor unberechtigten Zugriffen zu schützen, werden Informationen stets direkt vom Server abgerufen und nicht lokal gespeichert. Die Konfiguration der mobilen Applikation erfolgt über den Rich-Client. Die Datenübertragung erfolgt mittels Web Services und kann über einen VPN-Kanal oder SSL zusätzlich abgesichert werden. Als weitere Sicherheitsstufe kann zudem eine Code-Sperre aktiviert werden.
