Steps to manage permission
1. Goto Settings-
2. Select Apps-
3. Select Call Reject-
4. Scroll down to Manage permissions and click it.
5. Give permission to Send SMS including trust this app, auto-start etc
Change in dashboard.
Add number via phonebook.
Removed SMS notification.
