  I have had nothing but positive interaction with each individual I have spoken with, either on the app, in person or over the phone. As long as both parties are truthful about what each is looking for, this is a great way to find local families or persons looking for help or employment. Only complaint is if you are not a payer, those who are posting and are not payers either, your response to them goes unanswered and vice versa. At least one party must pay. Overall A-

  I loved this app! But lately I cant view a parents profile without it signing me out, I dont get notified when I have messages until much later and then my profile completion percentage goes down because it thinks I'm not responding to messages. And also several families put reviews up for me and they don't show up on my profile until weeks later.

  The reason I can't give the app five stars is because of a few technical errors. Overall I stand by this company and they've helped me get so much work. But when you apply and look on the app it makes you log in multiple times. And if you start applying for jobs from and email of recent postings, it opens the app for every job you click. If you have the patience to deal with it it's an okay app. It's best feature is the texting format it gives to the messages section.

  I used to LOVE this app. Found many great jobs and met some nice, loving families along the way. I gave my account a break since I had found a permanent job. Anyway, I downloaded the app and it will not let me set up a profile or look for jobs unless I pay for a premium account AND pay for my own background check. This was NEVER a problem before! Dont know what happened but dont waste your time downloading this app. Same thing with the website by the way. Smh!
