  It is just fee after fee. It say I can't message till I pay. I paid nearly $40 and then it says I can't message till they have a background check. Which you can pay another $65 (base check) to have them run. Even the folks with positive reviews from other members still require you to have another background check run. It is all a scam.

  The App, Website, Ads are all extremely misleading! Its all about PAYING THEM exorbitant prices to search for nonexistent caregivers only registered with THEM whom they also fleece! It's a reprehensible organization! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY FLASHY, MISLEADING COMMERCIALS!

  After paying for this for years it all the sudden tells me they can't find my email that is with my account. Something fishy is going on her and I am paid up until October.

  I can never log in!! It always just says "try again after some time". Extremely frustrating, especially after passing the 15 bucks for background check!!

  Monthly subscription required just to message. 👎 Need to have a basic membership that actually allows people to book services, because I know you're collecting fees there too. I use Rover for my pets and it's great. No monthly service. Only pay for what you use. Great experience. I'll find another service or reach out to my University for tutoring help for my son. Not paying monthly for a service just so that I can pay for a service 🤦

  I downloaded the app to create an account. I went through the first few steps. The app asked me three questions to verify myself. I did that part. Then the app says it can't confirm me and the account wasn't created. How is an app that never had my information gonna tell me the answers I selected aren't correct. Also the app that is supposed to provide you with people to trust with your kids or in your home isn't rated very high. Which can't be good.
