  Guys it's a fake app don't install it. They are a bunch of scammers sitting there to loot the people money. They don't have proper interface, it seems it has been developed by some novice developer. The adding of money takes to some strange interface haven't seen before. Seems the developer/scammer account directly gets credited when someone deposits money. Which bill payment app asks for Permission of camera and recording video, it does so. It seems their terms and conditions are copied.

  WARNING : Fake App. Chiller app is disclosed or discontinue in 2017. Don't install this app & don't add any money it is fake app developed and use chiller app authority to scam a people's. You lost all your money to add this app wallet. And can't recharge with this app.

  Friends, Chillar is bunch of cheaters, don't install it, uninstall if already installed On 12 June 2020, in my bad day, I installed their app and recharged for Rs:1000/, no money came to wallet, they don't reply to multiple emails I sent to support (they don't have complaint option in app) After 2 weeks I am wondering how to get my money back, hope payment gateway and bank will help me Chillar, thug team, I know your rating are artificially blown, you won't last long with such cheating

  worst app ever i use, add money offer was not added to my wallet afer 3 day query or customer service number also showing switch off I tried many time to call customer care but every time it was showing switched off my money in wallet also deducted even after failure of recharge. they were cheated from everyone

  I added 2000 to my wallet 1500+500 but got only 120 in my wallet. Also I tried to use that 120rs for recharge of my mobile and 120 is gone from wallet but recharge not happend. Very disappointed with this app.
