  Tried to use the Android app and it will not let me add my Amex Credit Card. I was parked outside the store and had to abandon the order repeatedly. This is the 2nd time the Mobile App has failed. I will try one more time next week. If it does not work the 3rd time, I will cross Chipolte off of my list.

  Kind of buggy. Lost a free guac reward in my account just by clicking around the app in an order it did not like. The reward program is fairly stingy, granting a free entree only after first spending at least $125! Bit of a big ask, but better than nothing . You won't get much out of it unless you order fairly regularly. It also tends to mark store location as currently closed when they are not. Edit: Now they also charge a 0.25 if you order a tortilla on the side with a bowl, wow.

  Works well most of the time . However when it doesn't work it doesn't work spectacularly. I.e. I tried to order a meal in it said the app was down try again later I went to another app in order to different meal. Then I get a message saying my food is on the way from Chipotle. So now I have 2 meals I paid for when I didn't intend to

  App is basically useless if you're trying to use gift cards. I have a small balance on a gift card I used before and the app is forcing me to use this and finish the payment with a credit card. I can't even opt not to use this balance. Now I have to go wait in line at the store instead so that I can use my new gift card to pay for the entire order. Pretty stupid.

  You have no idea how much I HATE to be forced to upgrade this app EVERY TIME I go to the restaurant. If it was once in a while okay, but every single time? I only need it to scan my code, I don't care if you have new features or promos. I'll look at them when and if I want you. I typically love rewards, I work in IT and am super patient with system issues, but I really really hate to be forced to update. UGH!

  I use the app to order delivery since I'm disabled and getting out is a pain. And I don't like ordering on Door Dash because you can't get reward points and aren't able to customize. The Chipotle app crashes all of the time and "deletes" my rewards. When I contact support they screw things up even more. Guess this is a sign to just cut Chipotle out of the diet.
