  This app has been broken for 3 months (at least). None of its features is working. The app is basically an icon in your menu. I've called comviq's customer service twice about it and the answer was "we will get it fixed soon". Three months and counting.

  Failed to buy more surf with balances several times (which worked well before). No English in the app. Now the problem is fixed after about three days.

  This company does not offer any support for English speaking customers. Not in their App, not in their website, and not even on their call center. Even though there have been multiple requests for English language support over the years, they don't seem to care. Avoid companies like this who are not inclusive to foreigners in Sweden.

  Ever since I left my review it has only gotten worse. The app still won't let me access it, but now they're shutting my data off 3-4 times a day, and I have to restart my phone to fix it. I have paid my dues, and the connection is not the problem. Comviq is a scam and should be recognized as such.
