BOOKING
Search and book your next trip easily with our renewed shopping experience. Once you complete your booking, your trip will be automatically added to the My Trips section.
MY TRIPS
Keep track of your upcoming trips, view all the details and updates of your flights, and access useful functionalities at the right time, such as:
• Seat selection and purchase
• Check-In
• Baggage Allowance
• Upgrade list
• Standby list
You can also complete your traveler information in advance to speed up your Check-In process, pay for the reservations previously booked with PriceLock, and request an upgrade to Business Class.
CHECK-IN
In a few simple steps, you can save time at the airport by doing check-in from the comfort of your home. You can access your boarding pass whenever you need it directly in the app.
CONNECTMILES
Log in to your ConnectMiles account to sync your associated trips to My Trips, review your award miles balance, status qualification for next year and latest activities. Also, get quick access to your ConnectMiles card. If you are not a member yet, you can join right from our mobile application.

  Edit: The app is working better now and I can add reservations but the chat agents still confirmed you have technical difficulties. It would be great if you actually added booking management options in the app (seat selection, adding personal details, emergency contact, upgrade options etc) and fixed your system issues. Original:Work on the app! Can.t find my reservation through app, keeps showing errors even though I can find it on the laptop browser. The app is not really working!

  icompanía despreciable, los simberguenzas cobran por cambiar un vuelo que Copa canceló! Horrible experience with Copa! In a world crisis the airline is charging me to change a date of my flight, when Copa is the one that cancelled flights on March!!! How are you going to cancell my flight you obligate me to change mi flight, and then charge me for the change!!! What a horrible company trying to make money in a time of crisis!!!   It's really unfortunate Copa hasn't developed and app worthy of supporting it's personal service - I truly like the airline. Copa you are losing money and frustrating your customers. I've been flying with them for years now and it continues too be the same error after error have to take the time to call a call center isn't always convenient. My recommendation - hire a reputable app developer invest the money you'll win in the end.

  I cannot update my personal info. I enter my Passport info, but the save button does not work. This is very frustrating. I had this happen on another app. The app was old and did not function correctly on the Galaxy S10.
