We at Crossrr believes in solving your problem, our technology makes it very easy and simple to get your two-wheeler repaired or serviced with just single click.
First step is to book our service by providing your details, this can be done as a guest user or as registered user as well. Guest users will not able check status of their request but they will receive regular updates via mail and message. Registered users can check all details by logging in to their account.
After the service is booked Crossrr will get your vehicle picked. It is important for customers to verify the identity of pickup boy against the shared ID of pickup boy by Crossrr to customer. Also customer need to show an identity proof while handing over the vehicle to pick up boy.
Once pickup is done Crossrr will share an estimated bill with details and only after approval by customer actual service will be done.
Serviced and repaired vehicle will be delivered to same location where it was picked and to receive delivery it is compulsory to show same ID proof of customer which was shown during pickup.
Payment can be made through cash during delivery or online through credit/Debit card/payment wallet. If the estimated bill is above Rs 1000 then 50% payment needs to be done before starting the service.
Any complain for the serviced part of vehicle shall be taken care for next 15 days without any extra charge if it is genuine service fault
