You can only use one phone to control the window ac unit. I installed the app and it worked, my wife installed the app and it kick me out. When i reinstalled the the device on my app, it deletes the ac on her phone. Same goes if we just try using one log in info. The device should ne able to be controlled by user in the same house on different devices.

This is just an additional remote control for your airconditioner. It cannot be added in any home system like Google home. It disconnects very often, sometimes you need to redo everything from the registration process. More like a waste of time.

Stays stuck at 99% on last download part. Useless. Deleted.

No idea why it makes you register for an account. But regardless it never sends the verification email so you can't even use the app.

If you're having issues setting up your a/c, try disabling your mobile data. That worked for me. Also, this is just a re-skinned version of the Midea Air app (Midea manufactures most A/Cs, which get rebranded with more familiar names like Danby or Toshiba), so you can use that app instead, as it may be more up to date.

Not impressed with the app at all. I installed it but as it turns out I didn't like it so I removed it. Now the wifi light is constantly lit up on the unit itself. Does anyone have any ideas on how to turn it off???
