  I made a review explaining that in the app , i searched for my flight , always had an error though it was confirmed in Germany and in airport system was on schedule. and tried to use the baggage tracking option, also did not work. for my previous review developer replied but somehow i couldn't write back. i criticize here only the app. but egypt air is really great and high quality airlines

  If a flight is cancelled, by law, I should get to choose if I want refund or vouchers. So, stop fooling people. It's our hard earned money that we save up for years to make ONE trip. Don't rob us of our money. Especially in times like this. There is literally no one available at your call centre to.help us.
