Description of Electric Guitar LP *Plugin* (Distortion)

*** ATTENTION! ***
1. Electric Guitar LP (Distortion) is a *SOUND PLUGIN* for another app called Functional Ear Trainer. It's not a stand-alone application!!! Install FET first.
2. Moreover you need to have
an in-app purchase "Sound Plugins"
to enable them.
Sound samples are taken from a Gibson Les Paul Custom Guitar (neck pickup).
To activate Electric Guitar LP:
0. Install it.
1. Run Functional Ear Trainer.
2. Click on the "gear" icon in the Main Menu.
3. Choose "Electric Guitar LP" under the "Sounds" setting.
🎶 Enjoy! :)

What's New with Electric Guitar LP *Plugin* (Distortion) 2.0.0

Improved samples with distortion.
If you want clean samples, please try the newly released plugin Electric Guitar TC.
Since FET v3.0.12 you now can specify the cadence and notes volumes individually (when you are playing any level, press the "gear" at the top right corner, and then "Volume").
Particularly for this plugin it's recommended to set the cadence volume equal to the notes volume.
This plugin should be used with headphones.

The notes may be improved by giving them a sharper and/or shorter attack, giving more of a "strings being struck" sound. It's a mild annoyance when the individual notes are played, but a major one when the cadence chords are played before each note. The Acoustic Guitar plug-in is better but still not perfect
