Figured Out Fitness At Work partners with employers to provide a simple, yet powerful tool for employees to improve their overall health. Employees receive app-based fitness programs and nutritional coaching focused on helping them improve their personal well-being.
The Figured Out Fitness At Work app and coaching program is simple for both the employer and employee. Users complete a simple survey to determine which type of program would be best. All participants can engage with each other through a company portal, moderated by a Figured Out Fitness Coach (or coaches).
Users can record and update progress photos and key health statistics, access new exercise programs every few weeks, and integrate the At Work app with other popular apps and software such as Fitbit and MyFitnessPal.
