Fixed Picture Wallpaper is a simple live wallpaper that disables the sideways scrolling of wallpaper images when you change launcher screen. You will be able to see the whole wallpaper image at all times in your launcher.
After installation, access Fixed Picture Wallpaper through the "Live Wallpaper" setting of your launcher application.
To use Fixed Picture Wallpaper...
Access the "Settings" option and select the image that you want to use as your wallpaper.
Select the area of the image that you would like to use. Portrait and landscape areas are saved (please note that not all launcher applications support both landscape and portrait orientations).
Select the image brightness using the bar provided.
Select the padlock icon to set the visibility of the wallpaper on the lock screen.
