  The driver never showed up for a trip to airport and the company never informed of a cancelation. Wasnt refunded....just got credit back BUT I got it very late and after my return airtrip.....so worthless. Bad service.....avoid!

  I had booked the cab in Germany for airport transfer. The carrier rejected the transport & my money was also not refunded when i was needed. Now they have refunded the money in the get transfer app & not in the card. This thing was told to customer service but they didn't help me with any of the stuff.

  Really happy with the service. My parents needed a trasfer from london to liverpool as UK is on lockdown and no hotels available so I booked with them and very helpful staff. Also flight was delayed and I got a phone call saying about the delayed flight and also they arranged another trasfer for my parents and by email & phone kept me updated on that matter. My parents got picked up on time and they are very happy with the service.
