    I originally gave this one star as I was unable to connect my Smart Plugs. Gave it another go tonight and was able to get them to connect, but only in AP mode and with a lot of experimentation and trying my patience. I'm technically savvy and these devices with the Globe Suite app are not straightforward and intuitive. Now that they are working, they seem to connect fine with the app through my Wifi network. Only other issue so far with with the routine scheduler...can't delete a schedule.

    The key is to make sure your Wi-Fi is on 2.4 ghz. My provider, split my Wi-Fi so I have the correct one for the plug. Product works like a charm now.

    Four hours to set up at my grandparents house because I had to split the 5g 2.4g bands which requires calling the cable company and jumping through hoops. Finally paired and it worked for one day. Now I am getting a not connected screen. Drove 50 mins to fix it and pair it again, works, drive home broken again. What a crappy experience. Won't buy this brand ever again.

    Should be compatible with Google Home at setup like C by CE smartplugs. 2.4 GHZ connection to enable Global Suite proprietary set up is too much of a pain to enable... Who has the patience? Tried all methods shown. Not willing to screw around with Ignite router bandwidth settings. I do not recommend product unless you have a 2.4 GHZ router and are running old mobile phone software. Gave up and put the "smart plugs" back in the Global 📦.

    Same issue as everyone else. Bought the 3 pack from Costco and wasted an hour going through all the steps. Tried on multiple devices and so couldn't get them to connect. Will be returning and advising people to avoid their products

    I dunno, the setup was smooth for me. I saw reviews from people complaining about the hard time they were having getting their lights working, so I was worried about how my experience would go. But it took seconds to get up and running. I ran into zero setup problems. It was all straight forward. Lights are nice and bright too, good price. So I'm a fan. Only thing I would like is a dark/night mode for the app. Support this mode, and it's 5 stars for me.
