  Initially had a problem with the mechanic no providing me with original bills for parts and battery. Still it's not provided but assurance is being provided from the GoBump associate Naveen that if any issue then the mechanic will provide assistance related to the parts and battery. Would like to ask the go bumpr team to verify the mechanic properly and provide the guidelines to them so that the customer don't feel cheated at any point.

  Don't trust them, I got my booking for 11th October 2020 for my bike and guess what? They didn't show up. When calling there number it is just a IVR stating that they are currently not working, please leave a message. I already paid INR 49/- as booking amount. It is frustrating.

  Though there was some issues with the mechanic regarding the time delay in delivery, go bumper support was very quick after I sent an email to the support team. I took a CAB and left home in CAB as the vehicle was not ready, but Gobumper refunded my CAB expense. Good support from Gobumper.

  I don't know how people are reviewing this app good. I was told my bike had an Engine problem, when I went to Honda service center, they said there's no issue. GoBumper did not support at all

  Absolutely rubbish service by go bumpr. There was no proper communication from the go bumpr workshop assigned to me. The estimate provided for the bike was given at the delivery moment. Poor service. Can definitely give your car or bike to any other local workshop . Plus the app needs more user interface. Absolute waste of money
