  Its all good and u can learn a lot especially surg, and i only have ONE problem on this simulator, that it the number of the incisions, whats the problem? The number dont turn green so i kept using scalpel, so i suggest fixing that plus adding startopia voyages, how to know if the incisions r all good or the number is "green"? If the number didnt went up after using a scalpel, it means it now "green" even tho its not, yea thats just the problem and the whole app is VERY GOOD

  The app is perfect, but add more notes (like violins, guitar, flute), add bps settings and save load button

  The app is usefull, it helped me to make an epic quest, thanks. The one problem is skill fails in surgery. I got skill fails a lot while I was skill level 100. And other problem is patient's heart is stopping so many times. But other features are really good.
