A feature rich mobile application for GGL PNG and CNG Customers with following functionalities:
PNG
1) Caters to all Customer segments including Domestic, Industrial, Commercial, Non-commercial & YHS
2) Multiple accounts can be added/linked to a single user id.
3) Multiple language option
4) New PNG Gas Connection Request - Submit your new PNG gas connection request via the mobile app by just submitting minimal details.
5) Service Requests Submission with Online Payment (Geyser Point, Extra Kitchen Point, and Temporary Disconnection) and track the status of same.
6) Gas Bill Display - Check your Gas Bills and download it in PDF on your mobile phones.
7) Pay your Gas Bills - Pay your Gas Bills anytime “Quick Pay” option also available without Login.
8) Gas bill and Payments History available for current financial year and Previous Financial year.
9) Customer Complaints - Submit your complaints with ease and track the status of same.
10) Submit Meter Reading & Generate Gas Bill - Submit Meter Reading and generate Gas Bill on the spot. Also track the consumption history in a graphical format (in SCM and Rupees).
11) Emergency Numbers- Get the details of location wise emergency numbers on every page of mobile app for immediate dialing.
12) Rate Card/Charges - Get information on current Gas Prices and various other charges.
13) FAQs/Safety - Get answers to various FAQs on the go along with Safety Tips.
14) Update Contact Details - Update your contact details including Mobile No. and Email ID.
15) Add Guest user – Owner can give access for his/her account to a guest user based on invitation.
16) News & Updates - Get the latest news and updates about GGL.
CNG
1) Station Locator - Locate our CNG stations on the google map via multiple options including List of CNG Stations, CNG stations nearby to your current location and CNG stations between given source and destination using Enroute option.
2) Saving Calculator - Calculate your savings for switching to CNG as fuel as compared to Petrol/Diesel.
3) CNG Complaints - Submit your complaints with ease and track the status of same

  There should be a provision to add multiple connections in the app (just like any mobile operator app) as many a times the payment of 2 or 3 connections are made by the same person from the same account and also multiple accounts are linked to one mobile number only. So please make the changes.

  Good app..but if posdible to add option for making gas bill our self by adding reading & upload gas meter photo....i think it wll helpful to lots of people... can we make gas bill ourself?? By adding reading online...
